Physie 13-15 Years
Seniors — 13-15yrs students learn 5 dances, and 16+/inters learn 4 each year. During the seniors’ class section, the 13-15’s and 16yrs/inters classes overlap for 15minutes. This time is used to integrate strength and technical aspects relevant to the requirements of current routines and skills. All seniors (including 16yrs+ and Open Elites) are encouraged to arrive before class to warm up/stretch to ensure they are prepared for their strength training.
